Bike Week is an annual celebration to showcase cycling and how brilliant it is. This year's theme is health and wellbeing. Join thousands of people all across the UK and enjoy the simple pleasure of riding a bike from 30 May to 5 June.

You can do the rides as part of your commute to the shops or to take a break and enjoy fresh air and the outdoors.
Last year thousands of people took part and tracked their daily updates on social media using hashtag #7daysofcycling.
