National walking charity Paths for All is hosting a special edition of its popular Step Count Challenge to keep people moving, motivated and connected.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, the charity believes it’s more important than ever to look after our physical as well as our mental health and has made changes to the challenge to suit this strange time.
The four-week spring Step Count Challenge will begin on the 4th of May when teams of five from across the country will motivate each other to move more.
For the first time, those taking part will be able to sync Fitbits and activity trackers to a new-look Step Count Challenge website which is slicker and easier to navigate.
This extra special challenge is free and will focus less on high step counts and more on encouraging small bouts of any activity and keeping teams connected and having fun together even when apart.
Registrations will open very soon so keep an eye on Twitter and Instagram.
