Here you will find a suite of marketing materials to help you communicate some of the benefits of your Travel Plan within your organisation.

Budgets to promote Travel Plans are often very limited, as are the resources available to the Travel Plan Coordinator. Therefore we are providing you with marketing materials that have been professionally designed and copy written to promote the key benefits of Travel Plans to both employees and employers.

We are taking the hassle and expense out of the creative process and providing you with artwork templates that can be adapted and then printed with minimal effort and expense. You can personalise the templates by adding your organisation’s logo and contact information.

Within the suite of materials below, there are items that you can adapt and print yourself, as well as items that you can simply print out as they are. There are also items which will need to be printed professionally such as exhibition stands and smaller format flyers. 

Before you are able to download and adapt the artwork, you must register as a member of  the site.  If you are already a member, please login using your username and password. 

 

Here are items that you can download, adapt and then print yourself using your own office printer should you wish.

In order to be able to adapt these files yourself, you will require access to Adobe Software. 

A3 Posters

These posters are aimed at promoting your organisation’s Travel Plan to your employees and highlighting the benefits of  considering more sustainable travel options. These posters make use of eye catching imagery and attention grabbing text to engage with employees. There is space for you to add some specific contact information if you wish, along with your organisation’s logo.

A5 Employee Leaflets:

These leaflets are intended to be distributed to employees. As with the posters, they use eye catching imagery to engage with employees and explain the costs as well as the health and environmental benefits of more sustainable travel. You simply select which version you wish to use. There is space for you to add some specific contact information if you wish, along with your organisation’s logo.

A5 Employer Leaflet:

 

This leaflet is intended to be distributed to Senior Management and other key individuals within your organisation. This leaflet clearly outlines the business benefits of having a Travel Plan in place. This leaflet can help you to gain internal buy-in for your Travel Plan. There is space for you to add some specific contact information if you wish, along with your organisation’s logo.

This poster promotes www.tactranliftshare.com, Tayside and Central Scotland’s very own lift sharing database. This is a useful poster to display if your organisation is keen to encourage car sharing amongst employees.

You can chose from a cycling, walking, car sharing or public transport image and then provide details of the date, time, location of your specific event and any additional information and contact details that you wish to provide. We will then provide you with a PDF proof to approve along with a print quote.
