So much of the success of a Travel Plan is based on the publicity and awareness that can be generated. Getting people talking about and involved in your Travel Plan is the aim. There are so many different types of events that you could look to run and lots of ideas within this section. Many organisations participate in national campaigns such as Green Transport Week, Bike Week or National Liftshare Week or offer free breakfasts and other perks for green commuters.
The key is to find the best approach for your organisation, taking into account the nature of your business, your employees as well as the budget and resources that you have available to broadcast your sustainable travel message.
